- In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $72,000 to $141,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Support technology department change management, including AI transformation and IT modernization.
- Leads or supports change champion networks and engagement programs to drive adoption across business units.
- Develops and manages end-user adoption strategies, including stakeholder management, message design, communications, training, and engagement plans for technology changes.
- Creates and distributes targeted communications (leadership messages, campaigns, job aids, newsletters) to support awareness and adoption of technology initiatives.
