About the role
- As Plasmidsaurus continues to grow, we need an Accounting Manager to help our accounting operations keep pace.
Responsibilities
- Own the global consolidated month-end close across US and international subsidiaries, driving toward best-in-class close timeline.
- Own inventory accounting, tracking value of supplies consumed and on-hand inventory across our labs as our new inventory management system comes online.
- Own ASC 606 revenue recognition and ASC 842 lease accounting compliance by partnering with the controller to build accounting schedules and documentation.
- Manage our accounts payable process end to end, partnering closely with our Procurement specialist and AR team for efficient cash flow management.
Nice to have
- Accounting degree and CPA (active or inactive) preferred.
- Experience with modern ERPs (Rillet experience a plus) and spend management platforms (Ramp experience a plus).
