- Logistics & Deliveries: Oversee all incoming mail, couriers, packages, and logistics organization.
Responsibilities
- Office Operations Environment Management: Maintain a pristine, highly organized, and welcoming office environment throughout the day, ensuring meeting rooms and common spaces are consistently guest-ready.
- Vendor & Facilities Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, cleaning crews, utilities, and external service providers.
- Resource Scheduling: Coordinate and manage calendars for shared office resources and dedicated meeting spaces.
- Team Support: Assist local leadership and team members with day-to-day operational coordination tasks.
- Executive Assistant Support Calendar & Schedule Management: Masterfully manage complex calendars, scheduling requests, and multi-party meeting coordination for leadership.
- Administrative & Personal Support: Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, research, document preparation, and selective personal errands to maximize leadership efficiency.
- Maintain a pristine, highly organized, and welcoming office environment throughout the day, ensuring meeting rooms and common spaces are consistently guest-ready.

Requirements
