Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, ideally within a high-growth global technology company.
A proven ability to anticipate needs before they arise and navigate ambiguity with a solution-oriented approach.
Experience with using administrative tools, such as Google Workspace with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems to optimize operations.

Prior experience in global AI, Semiconductor, or Deep Tech environments.
Proven success in supporting leadership through rapid organizational scaling
Ability to translate complex technical/business context into actionable executive briefings and insights.
