Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate revenue, margins, pricing, and profitability.
  • Commercial & Pricing Support
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams on pricing performance and strategies.
  • Support customer contract reviews and margin optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Procurement teams to analyze production costs, packaging expenses, freight costs, and inventory performance.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
  • Support audit requests and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
  • This role will partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to analyze financial performance, and provide actionable insights that drive growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or economics
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant technologies
  • Basic understanding of GAAP accounting
  • Competence in financial concepts such as IRR, NPV, and DCF modeling
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

  • 3 years of experience ideally in vestment banking, private equity (early stage) or corporate finance
  • nice to have experience in agri-business, food & beverages, investment management, or real estate

Compensation

  • Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
