About the role
- The HR Manager will play a critical role in aligning our workforce with the strategic objectives of our plant.
- This position entails both leading HR initiatives at the plant level and coordinating with enterprise HR on broader organizational projects.
- This position is located in Greeneville, TN.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the manufacturing plant.
- Oversee and manage training and development programs for employees at all levels.

Requirements
- Experience with change management and implementing HR initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that align with business objectives.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- 5+ years' experience as an HR Manager or similar role, ideally within the manufacturing sector or related industries.
