Responsibilities
- Design agentic workflows for real admin work

- Define how the agent communicates and collaborates
- Design patterns for how Hazel signals progress, uncertainty, permissions, and handoffs across multi-step and asynchronous workflows.
- Design, test, and refine experiences in tight feedback loops as Hazel's capabilities expand with model improvements.
- Work on critical-path features, adapting designs as the underlying agent becomes more capable and the product surface area grows.

- Our offices are intentionally designed for comfort, collaboration, and productivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on complex, multi-step workflows and end-to-end ownership from discovery through launch.
