Responsibilities
- Architect and implement core infrastructure for AI agents and orchestration (e.g., LangChain, custom frameworks)
- Build and optimize backend services using Python and SQL to support AI workloads
- Develop robust data pipelines and work with large, complex datasets
- Contribute to agentic application design, grounding LLMs in structured data and business logic
- Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and design to ship production-ready features
- Collaborate with and mentor junior engineers
- Strong backend skills with Python, SQL, and database design
- Experience working with data systems and building scalable infrastructure

Requirements
- 2-6 years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep knowledge of AI engineering and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
- Experience with Spark, Scala, or distributed compute frameworks
- Familiarity with data engineering, ETL pipelines, or analytics workflows
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this role is $190,000 - $230,000 USD per year.
- Equity and benefits are also part of the total compensation package.
