About the role
- Food Production - Machine Opr - Full Time - Kansas City, KS
- This facility is a highly automated meat processing/packaging facility located in Kansas City, KS.
- This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line.
Responsibilities
- Tyson Foods and its subsidiaries do not accept unsolicited support from external recruitment vendors for open positions within the United States.
- Combining various meat and raw ingredients to formulate stuff and deliver the product to logs to the cooking system.
- To maintain throughput, yield, quality, food safety, and personal safety ensuring the supply of customer orders.
Requirements
- ( Experience must be documented on your application)
- Minimum of 3 months of machine or packer operator experience and minimum of 6 months of continuous work in the last 3 years.
- FOR ALL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: (The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation)
- Must be willing and able to be exposed to a cold/damp work environment with temperatures ranging from 28-42 degrees.
- Must be willing and able to lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment and requires repetitive motions.
Compensation
- $28k-$42k
