Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Identify client needs and implement strategies that drive revenue for Nexxen
  • Manage the campaign launch process end-to-end, including kickoff calls, strategy recommendations, asset collection, optimization, and performance reporting
  • Develop deep knowledge of Nexxen's product offerings and best practices for campaign effectiveness and cross-selling
  • Support regional growth goals quarter over quarter and act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client needs
  • Partner with other Account Managers to support team performance and collaboration
  • As an Account Manager, you will own the client-facing relationship post-sale.
  • You will deliver superior client service through premium campaign management, relationship development, account retention, and upsell activities.
  • In addition to regular, proactive client communication, Account Managers collaborate across Nexxen's internal teams and external partners on behalf of their clients.
  • You will maximize client retention, consult on new offerings and solutions, and drive upsell revenue by delivering best-in-class reporting, insights, and results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital media, client services or account management
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, ad servers, and brand safety/verification partners
  • Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are.

Compensation

  • In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus.
  • While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
  • Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
