Responsibilities
- Since starting 18 months ago, we've raised $100,000,0000+ from world-class investors such as Lightspeed Venture Partners, Khosla Ventures, Contrary Ventures and Google Ventures, as well as more than 20 angel investors who've built, scaled, and exited some of the most impactful companies of the last decade.
- As our People Operations Generalist, you'll help build and scale the people function at DualEntry.
- You'll play a key role in supporting our team, enhancing the employee experience and developing the people programs and processes that enable us to grow quickly while maintaining a strong culture.

Requirements
- Experience managing calendars, interview coordination and scheduling across multiple hiring managers and stakeholders
- 5+ years in HRBP, People Operations or HR Generalist roles in high-growth environments
- Strong operator mindset with a track record of owning end-to-end processes
- Ability to bring structure, clarity and systems to ambiguity

Compensation
- $120,000 - $150,000
- Equity: $35,000 - $50,000
