About the role

  • The Data & Analytics team is Justworks' data and AI center of excellence - a connected set of functions spanning business intelligence, data science, data governance, analytics engineering, platform data/ML engineering and AI builders.

Responsibilities

  • We've grown significantly over the last several years and continue to build momentum across the business, leveling up maturity in how we deliver insights, govern data, and enable the company to make better decisions.

Requirements

  • You think in systems - how strategy, planning, stakeholder relationships, and delivery mechanisms connect to produce organizational clarity - and you know how to make all of those things work together at scale.
  • 7-10+ years in strategy, analytics, consulting, or business operations with a track record of working at the intersection of data and organizational strategy
  • Strong data and analytics fluency, enough to pressure-test assumptions, evaluate AI and data investments, and engage credibly with technical leaders
  • Proven ability to write and present strategic materials for C-suite and senior leadership audiences - executive narratives, investment cases, QBR decks
  • Experience owning complex planning and review processes across a function or organization
  • Strong program management skills - able to run multi-threaded, cross-functional initiatives with clarity and accountability
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the path isn't always defined
