About the role
- The Print and Digital Production Coordinator of CEP is responsible for coordinating and executing CEP's print and digital publishing workflows to ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality production of the magazine and related digital content.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with editorial staff, internal teams, and external vendors including printers, digital publishing vendors, and web consultants to maintain smooth print and digital production operations.
- Upload and manage production files through print and digital publishing platforms, including prepress and proofing systems.
- Prepare and manage digital publishing assets, including PDFs, HTML files, downloadable content, and issue-related web materials.
- Publish and maintain CEP website content within the content management system (CMS), from article setup and formatting, through PDF uploads and issue publication each month.
- Manage and organize the inventory of hard copy magazines within the New York office; prepare magazines for shipment to conferences, events, and customer service office.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5-7 years of experience in print and digital publishing production, media production, or web content management, preferably in a magazine, association, or media publishing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) required.

- Coordinate corrections with internal teams, advertisers, and external vendors as needed.
