  • As the IS Security Architect, you will be the enterprise security architecture authority for major technology initiatives and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • D evelop, document and maintain an enterprise security architecture framework, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Lead Zero Trust architecture design and implementation across identity, device, network, and application control planes.
  • Architect and drive adoption of SASE/SSE solutions (SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP) to close visibility gaps across enterprise applications.
  • Design and enhance security logging and monitoring architecture, including SIEM pipelines and log ingestion strategies.
  • Investigate security incidents and collaborate on post-incident reviews, offering recommendations for remediation and prevention.
  • Lead adoption of emerging AI-enabled security paradigms to strengthen BCAA's security posture.

Requirements

  • You have demonstrated excellence with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and excellent listening, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • You're as comfortable leading and mentoring a team as you are being an individual contributor.
  • 1 0+ years of working in a security -focused role with a minimum of 3 years of architectural experience.
  • Strong understanding of identity-centric security (Entra ID, IAM, PAM).
  • Experience with cloud security architecture tooling (CSPM, CWPP, SSPM).
  • Experience making architecture trade-off decisions in high-stakes environments.
  • Proven excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and with other team members.
  • CISSP, Undergraduate in Computer Science, Applicable Certifications or Diploma.
  • Demonstrated experience designing Zero Trust and SASE/SSE architectures.
  • Experience providing technical incident response and operational support to engineering teams.
  • Proven track record acting as a lead architect across complex enterprise initiatives.
  • Knowledge of system design and architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA, ESA is a plus.
  • Ability to create systems and consistent procedures and processes in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Proven ability to be proactive when dealing with issues and challenges.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. ​

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $133,519.20 to $166,899.00 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity.
