- 2 years of experience in data management and report analysis, design or development (Levels 2 - 4)

- Required Certifications
- 5 years of experience in data management and report analysis, design or development (Levels 3 - 4)
- Required Education
- High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study (All Levels)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in computer technology and/or information systems (Level 2)
Nice to have
- 2 years of experience in computer technology and/or information systems (Level 1)
- 5 years of experience in computer technology and/or information systems (Level 2)
- 5 years of experience in data management and report analysis, design or development (Levels 3
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (All Levels)
- Track and resolve processing problems, coordinating with all areas
- Track and resolve programming problems
- Analyze files and map data from one system to another
- Draft or modify internal procedures
