Responsibilities
- Water Testing and Analysis: Obtain samples and perform water testing to include pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA, etc and enter data into Veolia's trending platform (Insight)
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Territory Management: Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform precision work
- Consistently deliver high-quality technical service that exceeds customer expectations
- Build strong customer relationships through technical expertise and professional service
- Maintain safety standards and compliance in all industrial environments
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training
- Computer proficiency and mathematical skills for technical analysis
Nice to have
- Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred, a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred
