- Role Purpose As Mechanical Engineer you will shape the HVAC infrastructure that keeps LA28 venues comfortable, safe, and ready for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Responsibilities
- Develop the HVAC infrastructure strategy that supports Games operations across all venues.
- Lead the HVAC design process to meet schedule milestones.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to develop cost-effective, Games-time-ready solutions.
- Oversee external resources to deliver on workstream responsibilities.
- Experience developing HVAC or mechanical infrastructure through design and delivery.
- Ability to lead a design process to schedule milestones and oversee external resources, coordinating stakeholders toward cost-effective solutions.
- Experience developing design documentation such as ductwork layouts, load calculations, equipment selection, specifications, and controls architecture.
- Knowledge of the California Building Code, and of engineering tools such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Forma, Bluebeam, and Procore.

Requirements
- Required Competencies
- An accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000.
- The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role.
- All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's operational business needs and applicable law.
