About the role
- Under the direction of the Sterile Processing Manager, the Sterile Processing Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of the department operations to include staffing, shift assignments, breaks and lunches.
- Fosters an environment of cooperation, teamwork, customer service, and employee engagement.
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively prioritize customers needs by directing activities and ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience
- Certified Registered Central Service Tech required or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Tech required within 6 months of hire.
