About the role

Provide hands-on instruction to ensure the safe and effective use of Pilates equipment
Conduct fitness consultations for new clients, including pre-participation screening, goal setting, and program recommendations
Promote and sell Pilates training packages, Group Fitness classes, and Personal Training services

The Pilates Instructor is responsible for inspiring members to build healthier, happier lives through meaningful relationships and expert instruction.
Design safe, professional, and comprehensive Pilates programs tailored to individual client goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Pilates studio environment
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure members feel competent, confident, and connected
Lead private, semi-private, and group Pilates sessions
Document all aspects of client programming and progress

Minimum of 3-5 years of pilates training experience
Experience designing Pilates programs
Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
Complete all required administrative tasks related to client programming and scheduling

150-400 hour comprehensive Pilates certification (including Mat, Reformer, Tower, and Chair training)
