About the role
- Seeking an innovative and passionate creative graphic designer with experience designing graphic apparel, who is interested in joining our team.
- This role will be primarily focused on designing graphics to be applied on a range of products-including t-shirts, hoodies, accessories, etc.- for our inline collections as well as our in-store and web-exclusive programs.
Responsibilities
- Design graphic apparel collections for men's, women's, kids as well as graphics to be used on accessories and lifestyle items.
- Partner with cross-functional partners-merchandising, product development, tech design and domestic/overseas factories to achieve high-quality products
- Present and pitch ideas/concepts for assigned projects to the CEO/creative director in team design meetings.
- Manage collections from concept to production.
- Complete tech packs for all approved designs.
- Design graphic apparel collections for in-store, web, and location-specific needs.
- Strong ability to create original graphics, wordmarks, and logos that consistently fit within the brand's aesthetic.
- Understanding of product development, including the ability to launch approved designs with a factory using a PLM software and create tech packs.
- Strong background with graphic design in creating and manipulating art and having an understanding of print-ready files for factories.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in graphic apparel design or relevant industry.
- Experience designing graphics and application of graphics to apparel.
- Experience with embellishment, printing, and finishing techniques.
- Experience and knowledge of product development process / calendar / timelines.
Nice to have
- Managerial experience preferred, but not required.

- $115,000 - $125,000 annually
