Joining our team as a Machine Operator means stepping into a role where you'll have the chance to master cutting-edge equipment and leave a lasting mark.

Maintain focus and attention on press at all times while in operation.
Remove scrap and maintain organized work area.
Our Production Manager and Plant Manager are extremely accessible and collaborate with all departments!

Previous experience operating punch press is desired but not required.
Must be capable of communicating effectively with production team and department supervisors.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Safety conscious at all times.
Ability to interact with individuals from all backgrounds.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Requires the ability to lift, push, pull and carry tools and materials weighing 70+ pounds on a frequent basis.
Requires prolonged standing or walking, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily.

Requires a full range of physical motion to operate manual and electrically powered tools and machines (i.e., forklift).
