About the role

The Ottawa Senators are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented professional to join us as our Coordinator, Partnership Activation.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an NHL franchise at a n entry level position which will allow the candidate to become fully engaged in the business of a major league sports team.

Manage multiple corporate accounts and ensure contractual obligations are satisfied in a timely and productive manner.
Ability to work efficiently with both internal departments and corporate partners to deliver on sponsorship execution.
Develop and foster strong partner relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
Maintain close communication with our sponsors through weekly/biweekly calls and meetings with clients.
With a focus on partner strategy, work with the corporate sales team for revenue growth opportunities within the partnership
Maintain and update all partner communications in CRM Salesforce platform and Kore inventory management program.
Support sales reps through proposal development, minor graphics requests (use of Photoshop is recommended) and research as needed.
Create short-form contracts for new and renewing Corporate Partners.

Also required to maintain contract status documents housed in Sales Force.
Required to work evenings and weekends, dependent on game schedule and special events.

Responsible for the creation and delivery of campaign summaries, event overviews, asset proposals and annual sponsorship reviews at season end.
This role falls within a base salary range of $ 39,500 to $ 60,500 annually, consistent with the organization's established salary ranges.

This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, wellness subsidy, and retirement programs.
Support for continued learning (tuition reimbursement) is available, as well as access to multiple learning platforms.
Salary ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to market data, internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skillset.
