Responsibilities
- Experience operating in a high-growth or scaling business, with a track record of building operating leverage - enabling revenue growth without proportional cost or headcount growth.
- Track record building and leading a lean, high-performing team, plus experience scaling capability through citizen development and centers of excellence.
- Financial and analytical fluency - able to build the business case for initiatives and credibly own ROI reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field strongly preferred.
