About the role

  • This is a high-impact senior role where your expertise will directly shape loyalty strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain self-serve d Power BI dashboards and reports using advanced DAX, star-schema modeling, and performance optimization techniques to track key loyalty metrics such as retention/churn, customer lifetime value (CLV), segment performance, redemption rates, campaign ROI, and tier effectiveness.
  • Support end-to-end loyalty analytics: evaluate marketing campaign s effectiveness and provide clear, actionable recommendations to the loyalty and Marketing teams.
  • Partner closely with Product, Finance, and Executive teams to translate insights into prioritized business strategies and roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Expert-level Power BI proficiency is a must. strong command of DAX, data modeling, row-level security, custom visuals, and Power BI Service governance.
  • Previous experience with loyalty programs - proven track record analyzing loyalty initiatives (points, tiers, rewards, redemption, retention mechanics).
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation

  • $73,000.00 - $102,000.00 / year
