  • Kensington Tours is the world's leading private touring company, crafting bespoke travel experiences across more than 100 countries.
  • As part of Range Travel Group - a global travel platform operating a portfolio of leading businesses across luxury travel, technology, and agency networks - Kensington is entering a pivotal phase of growth.
  • Reporting to the VP, Strategy, the Senior Manager, Strategy will be a core member of a lean, high-impact team driving strategic priorities across Kensington Tours and the broader Range Travel portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end strategy engagements, from problem definition and hypothesis development through to analysis, synthesis, and executive-ready recommendations.
  • Drive projects through to implementation, maintaining accountability for outcomes.
  • Support the preparation of materials for leadership offsites, Board presentations, and strategic reviews.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years post-MBA or 5+ years post-undergraduate experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading structured problem-solving engagements and delivering high-quality recommendations under ambiguity and time pressure.
  • Experience working directly with and presenting to leadership

Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Executive storytelling in PowerPoint
  • ability to translate complex analysis into a compelling, decision-ready narrative.
  • Strong financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills
  • advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Structured, hypothesis-driven thinker who can break down large, messy problems into manageable components.
  • Education
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Graduate business degree (MBA) strongly preferred.
