About the role
- This role is located onsite at Long Beach Amphitheater.
- The Accounting Associate will assist the Senior Finance Manager with all accounting functions.
- The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour.
Responsibilities

- Performs day-to-day accounting activities so that general ledger, trial balance, and key account reconciliations are adequately prepared and monitored.
- Prepares and performs bank reconciliations.
- Prepares and performs or assists with flash reports.
- Performs A/R and A/P functions as assigned.
- Performs monthly account analysis on various general ledger accounts.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- A BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office software required.
- Must be highly analytical, have the ability to think creatively, and to understand complex business dynamics.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
Compensation
- The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour. Competitive pay commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
