3-5 years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales, or Customer Experience roles
Experience with global stakeholder management, including Field leadership and cross-functional teams
Proficiency with enablement platforms, Salesforce, LMS systems, and content management tools

Background in SaaS or Cloud Technology, ideally within the DXP space
Growth mindset with a bias for action, resilience, and a touch of humor

The salary range displayed applies to potential hires who will work or reside in California if selected for the role.
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g., JD/technology), for example.
$148,000 - $170,000
