Whether you're looking to find Sports Leagues across North America, or book a hilarious virtual event for your team, JAM has it all!
They are the eyes and ears at our venues and ensure all league games run smoothly.

Establishing a relationship with vendors, facilities, and the community to support our growing brand
Managing the venue throughout the course of the night to ensure that our players enter & exit the building at the appropriate times and through the appropriate doors
Enforcing league rules and sportsmanship to create safe play during games
Deliver What You Promise

Must have incredible attention to detail and be a quick learner!
You are known for taking initiative.
Knowledge of a wide variety of sports rules and formats is an asset!
Confidence in your ability to take control of a situation with a flair for being resourceful.
We have created a very clear hourly increase plan that showcases how you can achieve future hourly rate increases based on the number of shifts you have worked.
League Ambassadors have the opportunity to participate in all of our tournaments at no charge (please note: that to be eligible to play in a tournament for free you must have a regular shift in the current season).
Extremely upbeat and positive, with their own flair and personality!
Willingness to approach and chat with players and maintain this positive relationship over the course of the season.
You like capturing fun content around you (videos, pictures, conducting social media campaigns etc.)

Taking care of the little details first makes putting on a big show easy!
Be confident and motivated to call on and/or meet/work/deal with players, head office staff, and facility staff.
Finding unique ways to grow JAM's brand (new venues, players & growth opportunities)
Think Outside the Box Mentality
We're not looking for mediocre and old-school here.
We want someone who has fresh ideas, can work on their own without being micromanaged, and is good at developing and maintaining relationships.

All of our League Ambassadors earn $15USD per hour to start.
We have created a very clear hourly increase plan that showcases how you can achieve future hourly rate increases based on the number of shifts you have worked.
The increases will be reflected starting the pay period after you hit the specific shift milestone.
