About the role
- Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is currently seeking a NJ licensed Surveyor to join our team!
- As a company, we provide a wide range of leading-edge engineering, management, and digital services to the public and private sectors.
- The ideal candidate will be a NJ licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with a background in boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS and construction surveying.
Requirements
- Must have +4 years' experience for the above stated duties.
- Proficiency with Total Station
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with respect to projects, CAD/computer standards, etc.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Explorer, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work as a team player
Skills
- This position is primarily in-office with occasional field coordination.
- The office is in Washington, New Jersey.
- Duties include:
- Estimating and proposal writing, client contact
- Manage survey projects, maintain project budgets
- Coordinate project requirements with team members
- Prepare preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, exhibits
