Responsibilities
- Direct and control vehicle traffic in designated areas to ensure safe and efficient flow Coordinate closely with the Ramp Captain to manage peak periods and special events Monitor entry and exit points to prevent congestion and maintain order Provide clear and professional instructions to guests and drivers Identify and respond promptly to safety hazards or operational issues Ensure compliance with site-specific safety procedures and traffic regulations Maintain constant awareness of surroundings to prevent accidents or delays Communicate effectively with team members to support seamless operations Maintain a professional and service-oriented demeanor at all times.
