About the role

This faculty role centers on clinical teaching and direct patient care, with a strong emphasis on mentoring residents in a collaborative, evidence‑based learning environment.
The successful candidate will integrate biomedical sciences into clinical instruction, utilize Mastery Learning techniques, and contribute to the advancement of dental education through innovation and technology.
Located in Henderson, NV, this position offers the opportunity to shape future dental professionals while serving diverse communities in alignment with Roseman's mission of excellence and impact in healthcare.

Manage and assess resident progress toward competency.
Maintain standardization in clinic operations and approved treatment modalities.
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of clinical activities, student/resident evaluations, and patient care in accordance with institutional and regulatory standards.

Must be eligible for licensure in Nevada at the time of application and obtain licensure within 3 months of hire.
DDS/DMD degree from a CODA‑accredited U.S. or Canadian dental school or equivalent.
