About the role

  • The Regional Supervisor provides leadership, oversight, and quality assurance for multiple Seminary@Ministry teaching sites within the Talbot Embedded initiative.
  • This role ensures that each site reflects the academic standards, theological commitments, relational culture, and ministry vision of Talbot School of Theology.
  • The role also contributes to regional partnership development and student recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • Occasional travel and periodic presence on Biola University's campus in La Mirada, CA required.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve operational, relational, and programmatic challenges.

Nice to have

  • marketing, communications, public relations, or related field preferred.
  • Master's degree in a theology, ministry, or related field preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional reporting, presentations, and stakeholder communication.

Compensation

  • $22 - $25 per hour ($13,000 annual budget)* *Pursuant to California pay transparency requirements, a salary range is provided for this position.
  • Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
  • Salary ranges may vary depending on the employee's primary work location.
  • Accordingly, the salary range posted for positions located in California may differ from the salary range applicable to positions located in Arizona or other states.
  • Candidates will be informed of the salary range applicable to their work location during the recruitment process.
