About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented digital press operator to join our production team.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating digital presses in a fast-paced printing environment, with strong mechanical aptitude, computer literacy, and a commitment to quality.

Maintain accurate logs for ink, paper, production, maintenance, and repairs.
Communicate clearly with prepress, pressroom, and support teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
Ability to lift and move heavy rolls and print materials (up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]).
Must be available for shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or overtime during peak production periods.
1-3 years of experience in a pressroom, prepress, or bindery operator role within a printing environment.
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to follow detailed work instructions.
Excellent computer skills and basic math proficiency
ability to read a ruler and interpret job specifications.
Ability to see and monitor color accurately.
