About the role
- The Business Development Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing and Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and distribute marketing materials, including firm brochures, practice group descriptions, experience lists, attorney bios, presentations and other collateral materials.
- Provide support for business development activities, including seminars, webinars, sponsorships and client or prospect meetings.
- Conduct targeted research and competitive analysis to support business development efforts.
- Maintain various tracking systems and databases, including CRM, pitch tracker, collateral library, and experience database.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize complex information to identify trends, insights and actionable opportunities.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion when managing sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have
- Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, business development or a related field in a professional services environment (law firm experience preferred).
Compensation
- $75,000 - $85,000 USD
