About the role

Responsibilities

- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product releases
- Oversee the efforts with product owners and development teams to define, prioritize and lead execution of the product roadmap
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of outpatient CDI, ICD-10-CM coding, HCC risk adjustment, quality risk methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work well within a team across internal/external stakeholders
- Familiarity of Solventum CDI and Coding products.

- The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
