About the role
- This position serves as a resource for the technical maintenance and installation of Roche products for assigned product lines.
- Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and system failure, using established procedures as necessary when performing preventative maintenance, installation, technical updates (TSB's) activities, and routine reagent conversions.
- Requires specific training and certification.

Requirements
- High school diploma and 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and information technology.
- Knowledge of basic chemistry.
- Schedules and performs preventative maintenance, modifications and conversions as required per department policy.
Skills
- May adapt procedures, processes, tools equipment and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position.
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Philadelphia is $55,900.00 - $103,700.00 USD Annual.
