About the role

We hire engineers across multiple levels, from mid-level individual contributors to senior and staff-level technical leaders.
The exact level will be determined through our interview process based on experience, technical expertise, and demonstrated impact.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including system design, testing, and debugging.
Experience working with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.
Ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and business teams.

Experience with some or all of the following: Python Django TypeScript React React Native HTML/CSS REST APIs Distributed systems

Contributes to technical design discussions.
Collaborates effectively across teams.
Drives technical decision-making within their domain.
Mentors other engineers and improves engineering practices.
Influences architecture and engineering strategy.
Raises the effectiveness of the broader engineering organization through leadership and mentorship.

$125,000 - $225,000 USD base salary, plus equity and benefits.

Your base salary would fall within the bands below.
