Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and support contracts and other legal documents relating to procurement, manufacturing, operations, logistics, sales, and other matters
  • Develop form documentation, templates and contracting processes, procedures and training for the Purchasing and Supply Chain Teams
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial Teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines in a rapidly evolving environment

Requirements

  • Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.
  • To be considered for career opportunities at Scout Motors, applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, preferably experience with supplier and manufacturing related agreements
  • Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required for all roles at Scout Motors, Inc.

Compensation

  • This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program.
  • Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
  • The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
  • Initial base salary range = $120,000.00 - $145,000.00
