Responsibilities
- Lead project management for all research initiatives, maintaining timelines, task tracking, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
- Manage research report production and quality control, working closely with researchers and editors.
- Support administrative operations, including scheduling, information management, and team logistics.
- Maintain and improve internal systems using Excel and other tools to track workflow and output.
- Provide research or analytical support as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with opposition research, political data, or public records.

- While they won't conduct most of the research personally, they will play a central role in ensuring every piece of work is delivered on time, accurate, and strategic.
- Familiarity with US politics and best practices in both quantitative and oppo research is a plus.
- Coordinate the selection and vetting of research priorities, ensuring consistency and rigor in the process.
- Serve as the central hub for project updates, documentation, and communication.
