Responsibilities

  • Engage regularly with internal business partners across other investment teams, client service, compliance, legal, risk, trading, and operations for new and existing mandates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sell-side counterparties.
  • This reflects our belief that spending time together in the office helps us build stronger relationships, collaborate more easily, and support each other's growth and development.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience in a quantitative portfolio implementation role
  • Experience with macro strategies, derivatives, and options is strongly preferred
  • Programming experience required
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance preferred
  • Graduate degrees are a plus
  • CFA or CAIA preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong decision-making skills including the ability to research and analyze topics to determine the correct course of action
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
