Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and administration of compliance programs for DTFS Canada, for example, anti-money laundering and anti-corruption.
- Perform and coordinate the Compliance Risk Assessment and Monitoring Process (CRM&M), including compliance measure allocation and documentation, in collaboration with the unit's risk owner.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to support policy implementation and compliance awareness efforts.
- Prepare and maintain board resolutions, shareholder actions, officer and director documentation, and governance records using established legal templates.
- Maintain accurate governance documentation to support legal, audit, tax, regulatory, and business requirements.
- Support efforts to strengthen operational discipline, documentation standards, and control effectiveness.
