About the role

This is a fast-moving, multitasking Accounts Payable role that goes far beyond basic invoice entry.
You will be wearing many hats, handling a variety of detailed, time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Manage vendor records with a strong focus on EFT onboarding, ensuring secure and efficient payment processes.
QuadReal seeks to deliver strong investment returns while creating sustainable environments that bring value to the people and communities it serves.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Comfort working under deadlines and handling urgent payment issues.
Post-secondary education in business or accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi Voyager experience is an asset.
High attention to detail, with accuracy critical in every task.
Ability to manage multiple priorities at once without losing track.
Strong problem -solving skills.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $57,000 - $63,000.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual's skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
