Responsibilities
- Effectively utilize lead management tools
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

- The eSales Agent delivers a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner.
- This highly accountable position uses lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest.

Requirements

Compensation
- $60,000 - $300,000 / year

- The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $60,000-$300,000 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.)
