Adhere to all project management policies and procedures Review projects with Project Coordinators, foremen and onsite crews Provide mentorship, coaching and training to Project Coordinators, Foreman and Lead Hands as needed Work with Field Services scheduler, purchasing etc. to resolve any anticipated staffing needs/changes and material purchases to avoid project delays.
