About the role

  • Impact Advisors, LLC is a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm delivering Best in KLAS advisory, implementation, and optimization services.
  • Manager will also be responsible for managing to the agreed to budget and delivering the project profitably.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Lead the implementation of UKG solutions, including HCM (Human Capital Management) and payroll systems.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including consultants, IT, and client staff.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are in place to validate system functionality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives, consultants, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a minimum of two full lifecycle UKG implementations
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare industry projects.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and both written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Passion for delivering exemplary customer service
  • At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,767-$230,122. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
