About the role
- The Brattle Group, a privately held, global economics consulting firm, is looking for an Assistant General Counsel to join our Washington, DC office.
- The position's primary focus is to negotiate and draft agreements with domestic and international third parties.
- The position also assists in providing legal advice regarding management objectives and policies.
Responsibilities
- The Assistant General Counsel provides legal support to the Firm's global expert witness and consulting business.
- Support compliance with corporate formalities, corporate bylaws, relevant statutes, tax and insurance requirements in all jurisdictions in which the Firm does business
Requirements
- Must be able to exercise appropriate judgment, discretion, and confidentiality as necessary
- Evening/weekend work may be required

Compensation
- Brattle offers a competitive benefits package, base salary, and bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance.
- The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in Washington, DC is $220,000 - $250,000 annually.
