Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals, architectural direction, and committed milestones.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, SRE, and Infrastructure teams to define:
- Translate technical discovery and architectural decisions into executable plans spanning design, development, testing, rollout, and adoption measurement.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or complex software delivery within cloud or platform-focused environments.
- Proven track record leading large, cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering organizations where architecture, infrastructure, security, and product delivery intersect.
- Strong understanding of modern cloud platform concepts, including:
- Experience delivering platform, enterprise SaaS, compliance, or trust-focused programs in partnership with Security, Trust, GRC, Infrastructure, and SRE organizations.
- Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, along with the judgment to adapt processes to team and program needs.
- Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and related planning and reporting tools.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve planning, communication, analysis, or execution workflows.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with identity and trust concepts, including:
- Service principals
- Token-based authentication patterns
- Zero Trust architecture
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Experience working in enterprise SaaS, analytics platforms, data platforms, or AI-enabled product environments.
- Familiarity with V2MOM planning and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Compensation
- Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
- The salary range for this role in the United States is $118,000 - $154,000.
