About the role
- This role combines fieldwork and office responsibilities, with approximately 60% of time spent conducting field assessments and 40% dedicated to reporting, documentation, and project coordination.
- This individual will play a key role in supporting municipal, development, and land planning projects while contributing to the continued growth of our arboriculture services.

Responsibilities
- Develop and assist with tree protection plans using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with survey, landscape, and planning teams on project deliverables.
- Support project management efforts through reporting, scheduling, and client communication.
- Maintain compliance with municipal, environmental, and arboricultural standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of overall experience in the tree care, arboriculture, or urban forestry industry.
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience following certification completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, Ecology, Arboriculture, or a related field.
- Experience performing tree inventories and preparing arborist reports.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, specifically related to tree protection plans and project documentation.
- Ability to work independently in both field and office environments.
- Experience supporting municipal review processes.
- Experience leading field crews or coordinating project teams.
- Required
- ISA Certified Arborist.
- Strong tree identification and assessment experience.
- Preferred
- Landscape design experience.
