About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with innovation, data and technology SMES to determine appropriate options for addressing prioritized business goals
  • Employ divisional standards and best practices to design and implement solutions in alignment with Divisional strategy, including the LCD GenAI Strategy and LCD Data Strategy
  • Oversee implementation of improvement activities and projects working in partnership with designated delivery teams and ensuring effective coordination and communication between all stakeholders and delivery partners
  • Strong experience of data oriented and user-centric design and ideation using Design Thinking techniques
  • This position will oversee strategic projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure effective coordination among all stakeholders from ideation through implementation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience, including proven leadership and execution of transformation change management initiatives
  • Strong experience with translating business needs into user centric designs
  • Experience of working with Compliance and/or Operational Risk teams or consulting experience with non-financial risk management functions
  • Perform business analysis and design activities where required, including use case definition, user experience design, functional requirements articulation, and acceptance testing

Skills

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience with designing and implementing solutions leveraging GenAI
  • Experience with Generative AI tools such as Microsoft CoPilot and with designing AI prompts
  • Experience of working with data analysts and/or information management frameworks
  • Excellent client-focus with outstanding judgment, analytical skills, stakeholder and relationship management, and influencing skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

Compensation

  • Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
