About the role

ABOUT YOU Bacardi Enterprise Service is looking for high performing individuals who are success driven and interested in a career at Bacardi.
Analyst position is a highly competitive role structured to strengthen accounting and finance competencies.
You will gain experience managing Accounting Governance processes while also gaining exposure to Period End Close and impactful projects.

Perform tasks related to the Accounting Governance team within the Bacardi Enterprises Services, which serves over 84 legal entities and Corporate Headquarters operations
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage his/her time efficiently.
This role provides support and training needed to develop a well-rounded accounting and finance skillset, which will be the foundation for advancing your career Bacardi.
Perform clearing of general ledger accounts.
Perform carry forward process for Leading Ledger and Non Leading Ledger

You bring a deep ability to understand and relate to people and navigate through tough situations to harness and multiply collective performance
You have a deep natural curiosity, desire to experiment and ability to effectively deal with the heat of change.

Basic SAP knowledge.
Basic knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (outlook / excel / word / PowerPoint / Teams).
High School Diploma.
Highschool Technical Degree in Accounting is a plus.
University degree in Accounting/Business/Finance or related discipline is a plus.
Ability to communicate in English (60-70%).
